This outdoor site, just outside the village of Les Eyzies, was inhabited from paleolithic times until the 20th century. The cliffs and their natural caves made a cozy home for people for tens of thousands of years. This attraction consists of recreations of life in the various eras of habitation, from the stone age, to the middle ages, to the last century.

Unguided visits, dogs on a leash are welcome. Open every day of the year.
